Peaceful assembly is legal and constitutionally protected. There is a thin line, and it will be crossed multiple times.
Peaceful assembly is NOT legal on a person’s private property. I hope Tucker has state of the art surveillance cameras in his home. And if any of these cowardly criminals leave behind their DNA, it can probably be identified, because apparently half the country has freely put it out there (though not for THAT purpose).
