If the Democrats ever manage to pass a reparations bill, I have a feeling that recipients won't have to prove descent from anyone who was a slave in the US. Anyone with perceived black African ancestry will qualify. Because "white supremacy."

The question would be--would the money come from general tax revenues or from a special tax which only white Americans must pay? Otherwise some of the money would be coming from black Americans.

What about the thousands of blacks who were slave owners? In New Orleans alone there were hree thousand black slave owners. Will their descendants pay reparations?
