As outrageous as $250 M sounds, I hope he wins a lot in his suit. It’s about time the media were held accountable.
I hope the dream he gives them is a nightmare.
Go Nick!!!
He deserves a large monetary award and an apology. Also, the wapo should be put on notice that if they defame another Trump supporter the fine will double.
A long road ahead. In a few weeks, the judge needs, simply to decide on if the suit, continues. We are at day 1 of a multi-year process.
As outrageous as $250 M sounds
Your faulty premise aids the left.
There should be MANY other outlets sued simultaneously.
250 million doesn’t sound outrageous to me. They made it a near impossibility to get accepted at most universities in America. They smeared him as a racist in front of the whole nation destroying a whole range of future jobs for him.
They did it all deliberately with knowledge that the indian fake Vietnam vet walked right up to him, drumming right into his face. All the kid did was stand there smiling politely.
This kind of thing needs HARSH punishment as a deterrent.
Also Facebook is immune to such litigation because they are supposed to be a neutral channel. They must lost this legal protection also.
We should be seeing a Facebook lawsuit on the same facts.
“Your faulty premise aids the left.”
And you’re a kook.
The judge sounds hostile. He is ancient and was put in office by Jimmy Carter!
If $250M isn’t enough to bankrupt the WaPo, then it isn’t enough. This should be “you bet your company” stuff.
apparently the meat...
That kid’s future has been ruined for life. He cannot get into most universities because he has been blackballed. He has many years ahead of him. He deserves at least $250 million. Besides, the anal openings who did this to him have plenty of money.
Stand Your Ground with a Smile.
Churchill loved men who would smile when they fought.
Did the WaPoo judge shop? If this judge is already biased, can the plaintiffs request another judge?
“The judge sounds hostile. He is ancient and was put in office by Jimmy Carter!”
The judge won’t matter if you get a good jury.
