I think you're wrong. He's been supportive of Trump's policies.

He's not saying HE won't back Trump. He'S SAYING (Checked pants, tassel shoed) DIPLOMATS won't back a summit...

Mainly because he's already made them look like dottering fools and their getting tired of being humiliated.
