A good hollow point never fragments. It expands quickly using its energy faster so that it does not travel through the target wasting energy and possibly hurting someone beyond the target. Because of the quick expansion the bullet makes larger wound in less space.
Hollow points are much safer bullets to everyone but the target.
Do not ever.. EVER educate a gun-grabber. They will never use that knowledge to gain sense, they will only use it to improve their anti-gun, anti-defense insanity.
