Gun control always works as actually intended. It creates an ever increasing population of scofflaws who can then be persecuted by the state.
They want our guns so we can’t shoot them.

I recognize that Miller is a disfavored precedent, but even so, how does this service a challenge based on Miller, which essentially said that the only protected weapons were those which might have military usefulness.
All Communist Parties want gun control.

They want US disarmed for the very reason the founders foresaw.

Thomas Jefferson wisely observed that the 2nd Amendment wouldn’t be needed until they try to take it.
A lot depends on how you define “works”.
If by “works” you mean reduces crime and murders, no it does not “work”.
If you mean does it “work” for enabling tyranny, disarming the peasants “works” every time.
How can you tell if you are a peasant?
If they are trying to disarm you, you are a peasant, or soon will be.
Personally, I don’t think we should kneel before badly decided precedent.
Shall not be infringed is as clear as humanly possible.

Leftists don’t hate guns, that’s a myth. They hate YOU.
Leftists were all about “free speech” prior to their hijacking the universities. Now, it’s “STFU”. They hated them some corporations too, till they can gain control.
There is no point in trying to reason or persuade a leftist. They aren’t negotiating from a position of good faith or open to facts, logic, or reason. They don’t care about any of that and never have.
They LOVE guns. They just want to be in control of them.
