You need to wake up. That route was already tried and it got turned over by some activist lefty judge, either in Hawaii, California or Oregon/Washington. He did it with the “sanctuary cities”. It’s not Trump that must bleed the cities dry, I blame it on the Congress critters, both repubes and demonrats who refused to do so when the repubes were in office. Repubes are the RINOs like Ryan who sat on his laurels and did nothing for two years.
