I think they’d have to cross a bigger threshold than just they got beat on and the police were nowhere around, though. Have to have a cop acting like that fat swine in Dearbourn, watching the victim get abused and ordering him to move on or get fined or arrested. But Anti-fa itself has some sort of organizational basis. There are chapters, chapter heads, regional heads, a national leader of some sort. People didn’t just wake up one day with the same idea, MO, and taste in body armor. If there’s an organization, they have finances, and if they have finances, they can get sued.

I think a lot of their funding is ‘dark’ money and it originates offshore.
