Says Wikipedia:

On May 24, 2019, Gilliam granted a preliminary injunction preventing the Trump administration from redirecting funds under the national emergency declaration issued earlier in the year to fund a planned wall along the border with Mexico. The injunction applies specifically to some of the money the administration intended to allocate from other agencies, and limits wall construction projects in El Paso, Texas and Yuma, Arizona. Gilliam's ruling was reversed a little more than a week later by the DC Court of Appeals.

Maybe the higher courts will smack him down again.

Does the said judge ever visit the border? Does he have any sense what the reality is going on with our border?

Not to worry, just a speed bump.

“Other legal bids to stop reallocation of federal funds for the border have proven unsuccessful. A federal judge in Washington, D.C., ruled against House Democrats in a similar lawsuit on June 3.”

Perchance, Congress should do its f* J-O-B and impeach those over-stepping their defined Constitutional powers.

Or *maybe*, We the People should do our DUTY and remove ‘em ourselves.

I’d be ok with the ruling if it only applied to the Northern District of California. These nationwide rulings are something the Supreme Court or Congress needs to fix.

Friggin’ liberal judges usurping the power of the Executive Branch of this country. They need to be knocked down a few pegs. I don’t even understand how suits like this are even heard, and not dismissed as frivolous.

Not sure how we make out appealing to the Ninth Circus Court. Although President. Trump has appointed a few new judges to it. Lefties probably still rule.

What a system we have where a judge can overrule the other branches of government. Ignore the rule of law. And not have to prove anything in order for his ruling to take effect. What about Equal powers?

It will be at least a year and maybe two before all this plays out. In the meanwhile the USA will be Cultural, Criminal, Medical, and Financial toast. How could one judge have such power?

That is the hope, that as it will end up in SCOTUS, they will rule sensibly and legally.

If we had a functioning congress, this black-robe fascist would be impeached and removed.

Since we don’t have such an animal as a functioning congress, the duty to punish these black-robe traitors will fall to the people and their myriad constitutional resources.
