Declare the judge to be in violation of the US Constitution and begin empeachment proceedures.
Judges like this should be impeached routinely. How many Federal judges have ever been impeached? I bet it’s less than 10, but I don’t know.
This is Congress’ duty. They’ve been “out to lunch” for a long time. Don’t hold your breath.
