perps = ILLEGALS Brand’em when we catch’em..Back of left hand so we can see right away they are ‘sick birds’...Hiding from authoities will be difficult...Perhaps just tatooing with ink that lasts for years??

Oh yeh..one more thing...We should have copters traversing the wall spraying GREASE on it so climbing becomes difficult...
