Obama would ignore a conservative judge who did the same thing to him. He would have his AG say it was a national emergency and do what he damn well pleased. Why is it that Republican presidents cave to liberal judges and democrat presidents never cave to republicans.
Because Ds in the senate back their party's potus and Rs want to impeach theirs.
