If they really believe that we have 12 years left, then that doesn’t meen we have 12 years to deal with it. If something must be done, then waiting until the last month would not seem to be prudent.
The Democrat lack of attention to the subject belies their lack of commitment to the stupidity they spew on AGW.
Not to help anyone’s campaign, but not one D suggested a crash program to produce a usable fusion reactor.
You could simultaneously get the climate change cred and JFK “before the next decade is out” props.
But, they’re not smart enough to know anything about this and neither do any of their staff.

other wise the four hours would all be about climate change.
I believe that global warming is caused by water pollution from less than 10 rivers in the world. I tell my climate change buddies that we need to clean up the water and we will reduce global warming. They sit there not sure what to think. I ask them if they disagree. Any answer other than “yes”, gets the reply of, “why do you want to kill children.”
The problem and the solution to global warming is right in front of all of us. Politically we take the narrative back from the left and if they disagree it’s apparent they want to kill children. Take the money back from the carbon brokers and traders who want to use our taxpayer dollars as gambling money.
Give the project a humanity type name and get a big sponsor (The Vatican comes to mind) I would love to see this Pope try to put his socialist spin on this one. This is a winning alternative strategy to the lefts blaming big factories and refineries for causing global warming.
This one move changes the socialists narrative.

It truly grieves me to disagree but you cannot be more wrong! You have fallen into the trap of letting the dimwits define the terms. Nothing is more certain to exist than climate change, if July in Texas turns out to be twenty degrees with massive snowfall that would be climate change. Climate is continually changing, just not in the way that Democrats claim it is changing. They call people “climate deniers”, formerly climate CHANGE deniers, and ignore that a climate denier is someone who denies that there is any climate at all, even if it is static. Don’t let them get away with this!

No you are not! Have you ever said that the climate has always been exactly as it is today and that it will never change? If not then you are NOT a climate change denier! Please do not allow the left to trap us in this way. Now they even use the term “climate denier” without reference to change as if we who are sane actually have denied that there is such a thing as climate itself. Ayn Rand warned us about how the left twists language, it is in fact their MAIN tool in my opinion. Call them out on their absurd twisting of meanings, call them out and ridicule the idiots. If we allow the dimwits to define the terms they win by default. They will have you defending yourself for saying things that you never even said to begin with. Donald Trump doesn’t fall for that and he drives them mad. Go on the offensive.

Yes, I know what you meant, did you understand what I mean? Democrats are actually referring to people who do not believe in man made climate change as “climate deniers” and they are being allowed to get away with it. Distorting the meaning of words is a major weapon in the liberal arsenal and I don’t think we should go along with that.
Point taken. I should have added the /s behind the post. I have explained this idiot climate crap a million times, oh and with a high school education and a crash course from the military, training me to operate submarine nuclear reactors. You can try to fight the word games or just tell them to Foxtrot Oscar and teach your children and grandchildren how nature really works. That isn’t a statement requiring the /s ending.
