The miserable legacy of GW Bush continues on.

There was another lousy decision with The Fool Roberts casting the deciding vote, Kisor vs Wilkie.

https://bit.ly/2RH9JvF

This case would have advanced the deconstruction of the administrative state, the unaccountable permanent government that rules by bureaucratic dictate.

But the treacherous Roberts betrayed conservatives once again, just as he did in Obamacare.

“If only Ron had LISTENED to Nancy and picked Kemp for VP “

Jack Kemp would have been a disaster. Kemp was a hardcore supporter of illegal aliens and he would have made GHW Bush look good by comparison.

Reagan should have chosen Paul Laxalt as VP for his second term. Laxalt was known as Reagan’s “First Friend”, they were close personally as well as politically. Laxalt had been Governor of Nevada when Reagan was Governor of California.

"OK! Good to know there is a clause in the Constitution and codified law concerning “not smelling right”."

Harvard Law School seems to be “overlooking” teaching law students about major constitutional problems (imo) with states allowing non-citizens to vote.

From earlier threads today…

Justice Roberts’ misguided (imo) opinion on this issue aside…

Today’s concern for voting fraud in renegade, Democratic-controlled states that allegedly want to use the illegal votes of undocumented Democrats to overthrow the constitutional republic is nothing new.

More specifically, the congressional record shows, regarding discussion related to the drafting of the 14th Amendment, that the federal government needs to know who its citizens are in order to be able to protect and defend the Constitution’s “Uniform rule of Naturalization Clause” (1.8.4) and Section 2 of the 14th Amendment.

Here are specific concerns about protecting the voting power of citizens and the Constitution.

Regarding PDJT's uncommon common sense argument that we don't want illegal alien criminals entering the US and harming US citizens, Justice Joseph Story had reflected this same concern decades before the civil war.

"…As the free inhabitants of each state were entitled to all the privileges and immunities of citizens in all the other states, it followed, that a single state possessed the power of forcing into every other state, with the enjoyment of every immunity and privilege, any alien, whom it might choose to incorporate into its own society, however repugnant such admission might be to their polity, conveniencies, and even prejudices. …

… There is great wisdom, therefore, in confiding to the national government the power to establish a uniform rule of naturalization throughout the United States. It is of the deepest interest to the whole Union to know, who are entitled to enjoy the rights of citizens in each state, since they thereby, in effect, become entitled to the rights of citizens in all the states. If aliens might be admitted indiscriminately to enjoy all the rights of citizens at the will of a single state, the Union might itself be endangered by an influx of foreigners, hostile to its institutions, ignorant of its powers, and incapable of a due estimate of its privileges [emphases added]. …" —Justice Joseph Story, Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4 (Citizenship), Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution 3:§§ 1098--99, 1833.

It's not surprising that PDJT is keeping his eyes open for Democratic ballot box fraud in 2020 elections.

Patriots need to support PDJT in working with the states to allow only citizens who present valid citizenship / photo ID cards to be allowed to vote, such cards scannable and / or containing security chip to facilitate “vision-impaired” Democratic voting officials.

Patriots also need to elect a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT's vision of MAGA, now KAG, but will also promise to uphold their oaths to protect and defend both citizens and the Constitution.

Remember in November 2020!

MAGA! Now KAG!

I guess the liberals really don’t want us to know how many illegals are in country today. That would outrage the citizens to know that the 13 million number they have been claiming since about 2000 is a complete lie.

There’s no “they”. Roberts is just being who he is.

He’s exactly what you should have expected to get from Bush jr.

Roberts’ performance today tells me that Obama is still blackmailing him, and telling him when to jump, and how high. Prophecies have said Roberts is one of the current or former Supremes who will wind up in prison. Please Lord, let it be so. The man is selling his Nation to cover his @$$.

The illegals will lie anyway - they broke the law to get here - I highly doubt they care about lying on the census.

Back in engineering school one of the profs said something like “And if it doesn’t smell right - it was probably solved using the left hand rule.” (Then motioning as if he was pulling something out of his butt with his left hand.)

Of course then it was up to us to prove why the solution was wrong. Not bang the gavel and go sit down.

I think Roberts doesn’t smell right. I go along with many of the others that think the Liberals have something on him.

Excellent article, thanks.

Both Justice Alito and Justice Thomas nailed it.

Not true. Scalia was Catholic. So is Alito. Quite a few Catholics on Scotus.

“Chief Justice John Roberts cast the deciding vote along with the four liberal justices.”

It’s astonishing how often this happens in really important cases.

Well. . . there was Earl Warren.

Here's a little bit more on those illegally adopted kids from Heavy,NYT, Time magazine:

2. Jack & Josie Were Born in Ireland

Jack Roberts was five years old when John Roberts became Chief Justice in 2005. (Getty)

According to a Time Magazine profile on Roberts from 2005, his children were both born in Ireland, a country the Roberts family has close ties to. Irish Central reports that Roberts often attends Irish dance events in Washington D.C. and his mother-in-law, Kathleen O’Sullivan, is from Newtownbarry, Charleville in Ireland.

In a 2005 New York Times profile, the Times notes that the Roberts family has a home in Knocklong, in the county of Limerick.

Although the children were born in Ireland, there is some confusion about where they were adopted from. According to the Underneath Their Robes blog, an Associated Press report claimed that they were “adopted from Latin America.”

The exact circumstances of Roberts’ adoption remain a private matter. The New York Times denied rumors that it was investigating Roberts’ adoptions.

The Washington Post notes that McElroy’s book claims the children know they are adopted and “even read picture books about adoption.”

there's lots more but I'm tired of posting this stuff over and over and very few seem to get it.
