Instead, Roberts (and likely the WHOLE CONSERVATIVE CAUCUS, as no one wrote any other opinion disagreeing) gave the Commerce Dept. back it’s “essay question” and said, “re-write it like x, y, z and we’ll approve it.”


Wishful thinking I am afraid. Almost certainly Roberts is punting past 2020 at which point the current question is moot.

Nope. Jeffrey Toobin, no conservative, says it WILL be on the census, as does my court guru, Zen Master (ZM has never been wrong).

BTW, ZM says by far the more important of the cases, the gerrymandering, was decided in our favor.

But, be gloomy if you wish! (First you might want to check out the lib blogs and ask why they aren’t celebrating. They are in fact going crazy).
