Trump’s judicial picks were solid here. Apparently, FOX News misleadingly reported that this decision was unanimous. (I don’t watch FOX, but I’m basing it on what others here said.) In fact, only parts of it were unanimous and the Court’s conservatives were not responsible for the parts that meant the question might not be on the census. Kavanaugh and Gorsuch have already spent far more time playing footsie with the liberals on the court than Kagan/RBG/Wise Latina ever have with conservatives. That is very instructive.
