Since it's going back down to the lower court, even if they decided the citizenship question can be on the Census, there is not enough time now to get it on the 2020 Census.

Effectively, the question will not be on the 2020 Census.

With the rapid demographic changes, it's less likely it will be on the 2030 (or later) Census.
