will make it VERY hard for the lower court to deny Commerce's explanation. It looks like it directly targets Maryland Judge Hazel's argument.

I'm not so sure. I think the Maryland challenge is based on Equal Protection because of the emails saying the question would help non-Hispanic whites.

The SC opinion only addresses the APA arguments.
