I think what a lot of us don’t realize is that it only takes a small percentage of determined people to make the change. It is a parasitic people that think they can go to a country and live off the welfare of that country. Once the Boomers, GenXers, and half of the Millennials are gone. The next generation will not be as soft on them as we were. I’m seeing this in my 19yr old son and his friends. It’s going to be brutal one way or the other.

No, I believe it's further out; maybe 50-100 years. First the USA as it currently exists has to fail. By that, the dollar must lose its global reserve status. Without that, the US cannot finance the welfare state and maintain social order.

This why Trump really isn't "the guy". If he were, he would have launched 'hot' action against the deep state conspirators, as well as departments in mutiny (State, DoJ), along with certain states in insurrection (CA/NY). But he didn't, and I think we can assume with 99.99% confidence that he isn't, so the future is set.

This is where I think Matt calls it: the real savior will be younger, much more cunning and a whole lot more ruthless. True civil wars, whether Roman, English, French et al can take out up to 20% of the civilian population. We're not there yet - you can tell because no one is really desperate.

That time will come in the future.
