Okay, you line up on one side of the street, I'll line up on the other side of the street in the woods where you can't see me, at night. Do you think you could you could detect me and detain me before I got to the middle of the street. Fat chance. And once I set foot past the line in the street, I have hit US soil and by law, I'm in.
