This is one of the few seats the CA Demmies haven't been able to get with ballot harvesting, so their Bammy holdover pals in the DOJ dropped these charges just before the 2018 election.
It would be wonderful if we could boot out every politician who cheated on their wives. Anybody who can’t be loyal to their wife or family is not going to be loyal to the American people.

Considering his wife pled guilty to a charge, you might be right.
However, he deserves his day in court. Right now, his attorney is seeking a dismissal.
Also, even if everything they are accusing him of is 100% true, I would still prefer him over any California Democrat.
So, if he gets replaced, let’s make sure it is not with someone worse.
