About 10 years ago in The American Spectator a historian had a yuuuge article about everything Hillary did on that Graduation Day.
There was a ton of detail I left out, but them’s the core details.
One last tidbit I forgot:
Her dad was so embarrassed by the speech ambush that he couldn’t bear to speak to anyone in the audience, afterwards. He might also have chosen not so speak to her for some time afterward (the two weren’t super close to begin with, anyway, so I’m not sure how much it mattered).
There was also a detail about something the speech Wellesley had required her to submit to them:
She either refused to submit a copy of her prepared remarks for approval, or she submitted a decoy; tame, nice stuff that she absolutely didn’t say in her actual speech.
I can’t remember which.
The account of Hillary on that day was super long and detailed, though.
It really outraged me and was 101% credible —vintage Hillary.
