Imagine if instead, a Democrat used a swastika reference and liberal pundits said it was originally meant as an old Sanskrit symbol of good fortune and well being.

History has moved on from that definition, and the same is true for concentration camps.

And we're not yet ready to move on from the meaning of "never forget."

If Cortez is too uneducated to see the distinction, and too thin-skinned to feel the need to blame Liz Cheney for her mistake, then she's proving to her constituents that she really doesn't deserve to be in Congress.

Sigh. If ONLY she could prove to them that she shouldn’t be in Congress.

If only. That would mean her constituents STILL have some discriminating senses and logic, which...would be encouraging in a way.

That they DON’T, and this will not only make no difference to them, but will likely encourage them to support her is discouraging for this country.
