But he still won the Cold War. In contrast, the Bush-Cheney interventionism has cost a lot of lives, but hasn’t won any wars

In retrospect, Bush-Cheney were a disaster. All that blood, all those lives, trillions of dollars spent and virtually nothing good to show for it.
