It’s a bit more complex than that. The first reason they support these freaks is that it gives them a reason to call anyone who sees this for the mental illness it is a bigot.
On top of that, a majority of women voters support this garbage (kind of a bleed over effect from gay support). Dems know this and use it to their advantage.
Dems probably call these trannies all sorts of names when cameras aren’t rolling. However, they use these disturbed people for political gains and nothing more.
