I’m so sorry...I mean that sincerely. It’s a good thing we are civilized and always look to remedying the situation through voting and legislation however, the scum that managed to get into positions of authority need to be dragged out by the hair of their heads or their ears and flogged to death. What they have done to CA and our other formerly great cities is criminal. I’m of the opinion that civility should, perhaps, come to an end.
