Yeah, I feel its pain...
Now, regardless of the gender dysphoria, bullying, lack of empathy, etc excuse masquerading as a reason, if convicted, life without parole for the minor, and execution by the state for the adult...I know it’s Colorado and we don’t execute...Now...But that can change...Both are old enough to know better...
Innocent human life was taken, and cannot be condoned...To do less is to insult the memory of 18-year-old Kendrick Ray Castillo, and the eight others who were wounded...

I think that means her sentence gets squared (hate*hate).
Execute them both. That will solve any “gender” issues.
It’s now “who” you are, it’s “what” you do that counts.
So, once again it’s all “our fault.”
