“Stonewall has been described as the Rosa Parks moment for gay rights. And just as Ms Parks’ refusal to give up her seat on a bus in Alabama to a white man had the effect of animating the civil rights movement 14 years before, so Stonewall electrified the push for gay equality.”
Spare me.
Thomas J. Jackson is the only ‘ Stonewall’ that I acknowledge
Didn’t faggot-spread AIDS change millions of lives (to death?)
An unlicensed club selling alcohol - try it yourself and see if the police show up.
Making sex and other perversions a civil right is sickening. Blacks should burn their dem-rat sh*thole cities down but they are reprogrammed on the plantation.
It should be a source of embarrassment that this so-called “civil rights” movement traces its origin to a bar brawl with police. Are the holy places of this “movement” gay bars?
Now the perverts are shoveling it down our throats.
A riot that damned a lot of people to hell.
I thought it was over anger about a drug bust.
Their ends were not good (bad pun). But their means have been very effective.
But for a small despised minority you gave to hand it to them; they certainly achieved a lot politically in a relatively short time. Think about it. In the past no one in business, politics or advertising would be caught dead next to them. Now unfortunately they have been normalized, promoted, celebrated. They have gained rights to such an extent that the have favored status, and this equality act will enshrine it in “law”
Conservatives and libertarians who constitute a much larger group have only seen their rights whither and die.
We really have to blame the federal judiciary for this one. Even when states voted for traditional marriage, the public will was overruled by the “independent” judiciary. This concept of allowing federal police and legal institutions to operate independently and outside the will of the people and the states is unconscionable and is leading to a hard tyranny.
Now enshrined in federal law, we can never get the genie back in the bottle by ordinary means unless somehow these entities can be dissolved.
