The judge adds ICE agents cannot civilly arrest “parties, witnesses, and others attending Massachusetts courthouses on official business while they are going to, attending, or leaving the courthouse.”

I’m no lawyer, but why does this provide special protection against arrest by the Feds?

How far away from the courthouse can the be arrested? 100 feet, 200 feet? Lots of holes in this injunction. This won’t last long.

How about we inform this “Federal Judge” that any illegal she releases and prevents ICE from securing, any illegal act, or crime that person later commits, she will be charged with conspiracy; then prosecuted accordingly.
