Yep. As if we don't have a more than ample supply of gimmedats. Funny thing about Africa is that the last colonial rulers packed up and left 40 years ago or more.
Meanwhile, the most functional part of any of these countries is pretty much confined to the infrastructure left behind by the same colonial rulers.
