How I read this is MI is doing very bad for the RATS.
Moore knows that Michigan isn’t as progressive as the Democrats think. Much of the state is traditional Scandinavian values and a very proud hardworking people. I loved Moore’s pre 2016 election video, he knew Trump was the real Hope candidate.
