Something like the article - which clearly states it. Those items can never be produced in the USA again unless the Cost of Democrats is severely cut.

Stanley Black and Decker. New Craftsman tool plant in Texas. 500 new jobs ! Last I checked Texas was in the USA.

Something tells me they arent moving those factories back to the US. That something would be called "the article."
With the exception of Craftsman (shouldn't that be Craftsperson?), production from all of the companies in the article are moving to Mexico, India, and Vietnam.
