Win 10 has a sort of keystroke logger app called Listener that “learns” about the user. Supposedly benign and needed for Cortana and voice-to-text. Also can be turned off, but “some websites might break” if you do.
Your machine knows all and sends it to the OS owner.
The algorithm is god and it is ever-changing, but lasts forever.
