There is a valid point that slaves deserved some form of reparations from their owners after slavery was ended. Morally, it’s tough to argue that. But politically, it was simply impossible. And that’s not something that can be fixed today.

But those former slaves are all dead and any claims they may have had died with them.

What about reparations from Africa and those that SOLD them into slavery, and the fact slavery still goes on in Africa today?
