That is your pat response when I post solid facts that you wish to claim are opinions.

You're welcome. Though the "solid facts" part is open for discussion.

It is a solid fact that the 14th amendment did not have the intent of making f@ggot marriage legal.

Opinion duly noted.

It is also a solid fact that the 14th amendment did not have the intent of banning the "ten commandments" from state owned property.

The Supreme Court has disagreed with your opinion in numerous decisions of their own. Stone v. Graham ruled against posting the 10 Commandments on 1st Amendment grounds. McCreary County, Kentucky v. American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky (125 S.Ct. 2722, 2005) also struck it down on 1st Amendment grounds. Not sure where you manage to find it a 14th Amendment issue.

You just want to disagree because you want to support your position that Moore was thrown out of office for good reason.

He was, as the state of Alabama found.

Moore would fight.

And lose. Later he would run for office. And lose. He's nothing if not consistent.

Opinion duly noted.

Absolute fact once again being claimed to be "opinion."

The Supreme Court has disagreed with your opinion in numerous decisions of their own.

So? Did you miss the part where I said Roosevelt and Truman wrecked the courts by 16 years of lunatic judge appointments?

What the court says may make something "the law!" but it does not makes something the truth.

Do you not grasp the distinction between true and legal? They are supposed to be the same, but there has been wide divergence since all the Roosevelt appointments.

He was, as the state of Alabama found.

To them, a "good reason" was because he was rocking their boat. Now you may consider a power block protecting it's own interests as a justification for administering the law to it's benefit, but I do not. I am more idealistic about the law, and I believe it's authority emerges from the consent of the governed, and clearly the "governed" did not consent to any of the bullsh*t the Federal court was trying to shove down Alabama's throat.

This is why Moore was leading by 28% in the special election. The people of Alabama wanted someone who would tell the lying federal bitches to go F*** themselves!

And lose.

Against the massive onslaught of a multi trillion dollar lie spreading system known as the "news" services in conjunction with backstabbing establishment Republicans.

I don't fault anyone for losing against so much power. This is what you expect to happen when that sort of force is arrayed against you.

Later he would run for office. And lose.

How did he get to be Alabama Supreme Court chief Justice again? Oh, that's right. He *WON* an election, and if I recall properly, he got more votes than did Richard Shelby when that bastard ran for office and won.
