The Supreme Court has disagreed with your opinion in numerous decisions of their own. Stone v. Graham ruled against posting the 10 Commandments on 1st Amendment grounds. McCreary County, Kentucky v. American Civil Liberties Union of Kentucky (125 S.Ct. 2722, 2005) also struck it down on 1st Amendment grounds. Not sure where you manage to find it a 14th Amendment issue.

What the court says may make something "the law!" but it does not makes something the truth.

Now you may consider a power block protecting it's own interests as a justification for administering the law to it's benefit, but I do not. I am more idealistic about the law, and I believe it's authority emerges from the consent of the governed, and clearly the "governed" did not consent to any of the bullsh*t the Federal court was trying to shove down Alabama's throat.
This is why Moore was leading by 28% in the special election. The people of Alabama wanted someone who would tell the lying federal bitches to go F*** themselves!
