I think the real question for Democrats...after Trump completes the 8 years...is there another Trump-like figure in the distance, and the GOP continues on?

Dan Crenshaw

Not bad. I wasn’t familiar with the guy until just now.

Age:35. Veteran. Married for several years.

He was born in Scotland. But to, two Americans, so he is ok in that regard. Has a rather styling eyepatch, which actually looks good. Not sure of the background on that.

Also mentioned in Wikipedia, Duncan Hunter, another very good candidate.

Very good suggestion, thank you. :)

Yup, dan is another “I’ll crawl over broken glass in a snow storm naked to vote for” type candidate.

I was not really excited about Trump last time (I did vote for him, NWIH I was gonna vote hillary) but this time..

snow? broken glass? what ever.. I’m voting for him.

I like Crenshaw a lot as a great man, but I’ve been disappointed too many times with the reflexive government-minded military guys. Also, he is not getting much recognition outside of Texas. I would prefer a successful entrepeneur. Trump did not fit the bill as a social conservative initially, but he quickly found out as an outsider that his only chance of survival was with the die-hards conservatives. The point is that you need a fighter that will follow his own path.
