I don’t know that Trump advertising the jobs would make any difference. I’m thinking more that it might be Civil Service bureaucracy preventing them from offering enough to get good candidates. I’m sure not going to blame Trump for this one. The fault is with Congress 100%. Ignoring that gives them cover that they most definitely do not deserve.
