RUSH: Winter Haven in Florida, Kyle. How you doing, Kyle? Welcome to the program.
CALLER: Rush, great to be here. Thanks so much for doing all you do, saving us and teaching us and here we are living in clown world America, honk, honk, and thank you for being the guiding light.
RUSH: Thank you, sir. Thank you. I appreciate that.
CALLER: Yes, sir. So I was at the rally last night, and I just want to talk on what Major Garrett had mentioned.
RUSH: Yeah, go ahead.
CALLER: Okay. Yeah. He was saying that, you know, some of the audience was leaving early. The reason being that I myself and my wife a large number of left before is the SunRail, which is the train that runs north and south
RUSH: Right. Its like the light rail.
CALLER: Right, exactly. A lot of people wanted to take that, most for the first time since I-4 was gonna be so clogged up and they extended the hours so I think 10 oclock was the last train, 10:15, something like that. So everybody wanted to make sure they got on that to get to where they needed to go in time.
RUSH: See, theres always an explanation. How much in advance did you have to get there to get in last night?
CALLER: I mean, we waited in line in the torrential rain and the hot sun for over 10 hours.
RUSH: All right. So this guy shows up in the torrential rains, in the hot tropical humidity for 10 hours! You can imagine the smells. Well, Im just saying its not these peoples fault. I mean, come on, folks, have you smelled a bunch of athletes after playing a hot game in September? Its not pretty.
Anyway, thats going on. They show up 10 hours early. Then when the thing is over they realize theyve got one chance to catch the plugged up, overcrowded light rail train back home, and they want to make it because theyve been through so much, they stayed for most of the whole thing, and not the whole thing, and the Drive-Bys think theyve got a scoop.
People left after the event. And some people left before it was over. (gasping) Never seen that at a Trump rally before. I dont think thats probably true, either. Ill bet you any number of people have had to leave. The Trump rally in Cape Girardeau, the one before the election last November, a woman fainted, and Trump stopped and just stood at the podium, nobody said a word for 30 minutes while EMS came in, treated the woman.
He totally suspended it. Stood there for 30 minutes, everybody chatting with each other, hoping this woman is okay, suspended the thing for 30 minutes until she was gone, then resumed. It was 30 minutes late, therefore, late getting out. Nobody left. I was there. One of the last to get out of there, by the way, because once the president leaves nobody can leave til hes out of town, or at least at the airport.
CNN sucks.
And just in case CNN missed that:
CNN sucks.
The point isn’t that they had to leave a little early to catch a train.
The point is that they went and were at the rally.
When it comes to train schedules when the train’s all there is, when you gotta go, you gotta go.
MSLSD was apoplectic about this. They were saying people were so fed up that they had to leave.
F’ing liars.
It is not flexible when you need it to be.
Not a good start for Gayle King and her new CTM CBS This Morning show if she wants to gain credibility in the market.
Major Garrett, her “ace” Political reporter made a major fool of himself with his fake news report on this.
CTM is worse than CNN, and they both suck.
Actually, SunRail added 3 extra trains that left at 10:15, 10:30, and 10:45.
We left after the speech was over and caught the 10 pm train.
Could be that those folks didn’t know about the extra trains.
The one we caught was full and they hold 1,000.
Indeed, the point is that they attended the rally.
Our time on the Amway property was 11 to 9:45. A lot of early Sun and then more than some rain showers, wet tired and crowded.
But it was worth the trouble to see the President.
We sat to the President’s right, opposite the “media porch” and they were not happy at the boos and jeers they had to endure. “Tell the truth!!”
Major Garret looked like he was going to throw up. The cameramen just kept aiming their cameras at the “Rock Star,”
who delivered, as usual. Great event glad we went to the trouble to get there.
My estimate is that there were about 500 empty seats open and many of those were up in the rafters or “nose bleed seats,” and those whose views were blocked by the “media porch.”
The arena capacity is 20,000!
The only people who were “fed up,” were the media pukes and I didn’t see any leave. Liars? You bet your A$$.
“America will never be a Socialist country!”
It was a great rally yesterday.. Trump 2020.
Who? According to the ratings, there is FoxNews ... and Rachel Maddow of MSNBC for those who still cling to the communist narrative. CNN has great documentaries by the way, but you have to filter out the obvious narrative embedded in them.
I would have been scrambling to get out just to avoid as much mayhem in the parking lot!
We left the pre-election rally we attended early, before then candidate Trump stopped speaking.
We’d had a four hour drive down, a hours long wait in line. Trump was pretty late due to do some bad weather. So we had a four long drive back, in the dark, in bad weather.
And it was worth every minute in line and in the car.
We’d’ve gladly stayed to the end, but we wouldn’t have been safe to drive and we couldn’t spend the night. Had to be back that next day.
We’d do it again in a heartbeat.
Note to Scott:
Eyes, get ‘em checked.
Ears, get “em flushed.
The words great and CNN should never be in the same sentence or thought.
[liars]
The Democrat Media doesn’t have any other weapon in their arsenal.
There just isn’t enough parking downtown ,, every business within a mile allows independents to run the lots for event parking and the usual price is $10-$20... the arena is in the worst part of town so you MUST use paid parking or your car will be broken into. The best way to go is what this person did ,, SunRail and leave your car at a SunRail lot...
That’s what I’d have done if I’d not been about 1,000 miles away.
Did CNN block out the “CNN sucks” chants from the crowd during the rally?
