Not deceptive. It goes to show those blacks that could own slaves did so at a higher rate. In fact, some black slaves did own their own slaves.

You're still being deceptive. The great mass of slaves couldn't and didn't own slaves and the great mass of African-Americans were enslaved.

Statistics are statistics. If it is impossible for something to happen statistics reflect that. You're trying to force some kind of conclusion on people by denying what the numbers say.
