I’m sure that has something to do with it. There’s also the fact that hundreds of thousands of their best and brightest were killed in a war that they started. That has to have a deleterious effect on the genetics of the population.

I am sure it has had a bad affect on all of Europe, not just Germany. The Germans also lost a number of their best and brightest when they burned the books too. Sorry bro, but I can hardly hide my disdain for Europe. The two worst wars in the history of the world, started in Europe. I got a lot more respect for the former Warsaw Pact nations than I do for Western Europe, and its sorry history.
