Regarding California: I’d make an exception and let Trump declare California a Federal restricted area from normal people.
Careful now, I still live in CA with my wife and three children.
But I would have no problem with you putting barbed wire around Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Sacramento, and having them declared sanctuary cities from common sense and normal behavior.
