Deport all of them. Deport the ones that have just arrived. Deport the ones that have arrived long ago. Deport the ones that committed crimes additional to the crime of being here illegally. Deport the ones that have committed no (known) further crimes beyond illegal entry and staying illegally. Deport the ones that came here of their volition. Deport the ones that were brought here by parents, other relatives, or a fellow countryman who rented their youth to avoid deportation. They all have to go back, not just at a rate ‘as fast as they arrive’. They ALL have to go back.
