In Texas, this corruption is still against the law, even in Mexican-run South Texas. In California, this corruption elects Democrats days after an election is over (”ballot harvesting”), because this Mexican-run state runs a Mexican-style government now. CA is well on its way to being a s**t-hole state.

Vote fraud is a direct attack on the entire body politic. It should be punished much more harshly than it is. 5 years in prison for a first offense sounds about right to me.

Rats being Rats.
Yes, I was living in S. Orange County California where the Rats overturned three Seats that were won by Republicans on Election Night.
Six weeks later, the Rats got all three.
What makes it worse is (1) Ballot Harvesting is Legal in CA and (2) the Ballots were being harvested by Illegal Invader DREAMERS.
We are living in MS as I write this, having moved here last Month.
Even here where the Rats still push the obsolete and Unconstitutional Voting Rights Act you still have to prove you are a Citizen to Vote.
Vote fraud is akin to treason and should be handled accordingly..................
