HERE is all one needs to know about the 2nd Amendment. The highly suppressed 1982 Senate report on the 2nd Amendment, 97th Congress. Now out of print. Bet you can’t find a complete copy on line! I have a paper copy I got back in 1984.

“The conclusion is thus inescapable that the history, concept, and wording of the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States, as well as its interpretation by every major commentator and court in the first half-century after its ratification, indicates that what is protected is an individual right of a private citizen to own and carry firearms in a peaceful manner. “
Now you see why it is so suppressed.
Note some of the names on the report are still in office today. But that was way back in the last century before the “enlightenment”. LOL!
