Yep. And if he didn’t have guns he could have rented a large truck and driven it through the crowd or built bombs.
Or driven through the crowd with a truck bomb. Maybe leave a trail of gasoline as he drove around the fair grounds before heading into the crowd. Or (not gonna type a 100 other ways that don’t involve guns).
And if he couldn’t buy a bumpstock anywhere (or make one in his garage) he could use a piece of cordage or a big rubber band to do the same thing. Possibly better judging by some videos I’ve seen.
