Due process!

Government is denying businesses the right to set their hiring standards.

No, due process is by its very name a procedural and not a substantive limitation; its illegitimate expansion into the substance of laws was done by liberals and has benefited only liberals.

Were I a business owner, I would not hire any person who flunked a drug test.

Were I challenged by the state, I would hire the best lawyer available and take the case all the way to the SCOTUS.

I am not a lawyer, but it seems to me that this law should not be allowed to stand!
