It's a UK based company making bare circuit boards to exact specification of the designers.
The company isn't even putting components on the PC boards.
There is no opportunity to either steal technology from the F-35, or to add nefarious things to the F-35, like an "off switch."

I’d like to X-ray a random sample of those PCB’s to see if there’s any thin circuitry inside them. Technically possible given the Chinese lead in flat screen LCD displays.

Agree - you have to differentiate between the internals of an IC and making a PCB. One is far more verifiable than the other.
