The HHS Secretary has the authority to screen for and deport anyone who is carrying infectious diseases. Why hasn’t Trump ordered his secretary to do so?
This can’t even be challenged in Court, it’s black letter law that trumps any Asylum shenanigans. Anyone who is diseased can and SHOULD be expelled.
There is no reason for Trump not to be doing this.
