After working for the federal government as active duty, and a NAF and civil service employee, I’m a bit perplexed on this Conway thing. I cannot find anything that lists her as an employee of the federal government. Her official title is assistant to the president and senior counselor. That qualifies her as a private contractor, not a federal employee. If that’s the case, she does not fall under the same restrictions under Hatch Act which is aimed at employees of the federal government. Her dealings are to the president personally as an employee of him as he is the one who employed her. She acts the same as a personal attorney and can say almost anything she wants short of slander.

Good thinking. How about this. Conway makes about $160,000 annually. How about Trump fires her and then immediately rehires her as an assistant paid by him out of his own money?
He is already donating his entire $400,000 salary back to government so he can keep $160,000 of it and use that to pay her. In fact it would be even better if behave herva decent raise to about $200,000. Ben better he should find out what her low life husband earns and pay Kelly Ann $100 more just to frost his ass.
