Given Jim Justice's legal woes over unpaid business debts, fines, and taxes the office of governor of WV is Manchin's for the taking. Of course I have yet to figure out if Justice is a Republican, Democrat, or just an old fashion deadbeat. The said thing is the GOP has little sitting on the bench to challenge Earl Ray Tomblin or his ilk if Manchin does leave.
